Oracle Apps - Concurrent Request Phase & Status

Requests window displays a phase and status summary for each concurrent request listed.

Requests window is used to view a list of all submitted concurrent requests, check whether the request has run, change aspects of a request's processing options, diagnose errors, or find the position of the request in the queues of available concurrent managers.

Concurrent Request has a life cycle consisting of the following phases:
Pending
Running
Completed
Inactive

During each phase, a concurrent request has a specific condition or status.

Concurrent Request Phase and Status:
The below table summarizes each phase / status combination and describes its meaning in relation to a request.


Phase and Status fields uses the colour to draw attention to particular requests.
The table provides the details on colour of the Phase and Status fields:


If a request is pending, user can determine when it will start by using the Concurrent Managers for the Request window from the Requests window to review the request's position in the queues of current managers that can run that request.
