Oracle Apps R12 - How to enable Diagnostics option for a user

Below Profile Options are to be set in-order to enable Diagnostics option from Help Menu for a user in Oracle Applications.
1. Hide Diagnostics menu entry
2. Utilities: Diagnostics

Now the specified user "B_USER1" unable to access the Diagnostics function.



If these Profile options are to set at Site Level, then all the users can access the Diagnostics functionality. Hence this option is to be at User Level only. So that the specific user can access this Diagnostics functionality.

Navigation:
System Administrator > Profile > System
  
Select the Specific User to whom this option is to be enabled, query the Profile Option “Hide Diagnostics menu entry”


Define the value as “No” at user level, though it is set as “Yes” at Site level.


Now the Diagnostics is enabled for the specific user.


Navigation:
System Administrator > Profile > System

Select the Specific User to whom this option is to be enabled, query the Profile Option “Utilities: Diagnostics”


Define the value as “Yes” at user level, so that user can access diagnostics utilities without password, if the value is set as “No” at user level, then system will demand for database password.


Now the specified user can access the Diagnostics without any password.
